Welcome to Kango! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kango mobile application (the "App") operated by Kublet Inc ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using Kango, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Kango offers the following subscription options:
All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. For more information, visit Apple Support.
Important: Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

You acknowledge that AI technology has limitations and use the App at your own discretion.
The App integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, etc.) to provide features. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, accuracy, or policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not guarantee that using Kango will result in specific language learning outcomes. Your progress depends on individual effort, practice, and other factors beyond our control.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kublet Inc and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
